Today we hosted a workshop for students at Fatima Zahra College in Hatfield, Harare. The College was also joined by students from Good Hope Academy and Moonrise School of Sciences. This is what we strive for….to inspire the next generation of leaders. This is one of the tools we are using to raise awareness about the importance of youth in biodiversity conservation.
There was great participation and responses from the students. Most of the students rarely get the opportunity to be learn about biodiversity conservation and how to get involved.
This event was organised particularly for young people to understand the meaning of biodiversity as the web of life and how species interact to coexist.
Kudos to our amazing volunteer Evans Conservationist Ndadzungira for facilitating such an engaging workshop.
